NURSES.

Nurses: Noble at work. Has caring hands. Angel in the sick room. Always on the GO. Eye catching, pearl-like white uniform. Great smiles during captured moments at work. Food trip and inuman sessions afterwards. But behind all these are those much sacrifice, hard work, shame, demoralization, job insecurity. Disease-prone such as cystitis, backaches, blood-borne diseases, sensory overload, cough and colds and over fatigue. Nurses also suffer from low salary and sometimes go to volunteerism just to gain experience wherein sometimes instead of getting paid, it is them that ends up paying in the hospitals where they “volunteer”. Nurses go through a lot. The difficulties that they’ve been through when they were students were merely glimpse of what lies ahead when they become Registered Nurses and face the challenges of the real world.
